Scenario 1:

Forgot the lock screen password, but can unlock the phone with fingerprint or face

1. Input the lock screen password incorrectly for 5 consecutive times in the password input interface

2. After "Phone Locked" pops up

3. You can click "Forgot Password" on the screen (if the pattern password is set, at least 4 points are required for 5 wrong passwords and the passwords entered each time are different)

Note: If you use the FBE encryption technology, you need to go to the vivo customer service center to unlock it.

4. Click to change the lock screen password with the security after forgetting the password

Note: The lock screen password can be modified only after the two security guards are entered correctly

5. If the security guard forgets to enter the cloud service and open the phone

6. Enter mobile phone settings - system management/more settings - backup and reset/restore factory settings - clear all data - clear immediately - enter vivo account password to clear data

7. After data decryption is cleared, re-enter the phone to set the lock screen password

Scenario 2:

Forgot the lock screen password and can't unlock the phone with fingerprint or face

1. Input the lock screen password incorrectly for 5 consecutive times in the password input interface

(If the pattern password is set, at least 4 points are required for 5 wrong passwords and the passwords entered each time are different)

2. After "Phone Locked" pops up, click "Forgot Password" on the screen 

3. Enter the password to modify the lock screen

4. If you forget the security, you can take your ID card and purchase invoice to the Vivo customer service center for processing.

Note: Some models using FBE encryption technology do not have the option of "Forgot Password", and do not support the use of security question verification and unlocking. You need to contact the customer service center staff to unlock.

Note: The lock screen password cannot be retrieved through the security system. You can send the clear data command(all mobile phone data will be deleted)through the search phone. If the search phone function is not enabled, the customer service center is recommended to handle it.

How to enable iQOO Z6 voice assistant

1. Open phone settings

2. Click Jovi option to enter

3. Click Jovi Competency Settings and select Voice Assistant

4. Click voice wake-up

5. Enter the page and turn on the bright screen wake-up

6. Press and hold the power key for a few seconds to wake up the small V.
