As we all know, although the 80 series launched by Glory some time ago can play very well, many people still feel sorry because of the full range of curved screens. In order to make up for this defect, Glory released a straight screen flagship with the main performance last night (December 26), Glory 80 GT. What's the difference between it and IQ's latest masterpiece, IQOO 11?

What is the difference between Glory 80 GT and IQOO 11? Glory 80 GT or IQOO 11, which is more cost-effective

Screen

The Glory 80 GT is equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED straight screen with a very narrow frame. The width of the left and right frames is only 1.55mm, accounting for 93.03% of the screen. This screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The touch precision reaches 1/8 pixel, which makes the operation smooth. The screen supports 1.07 billion colors and 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut display. It is equipped with a single display chip video dynamic frame insertion and full time HRD image quality enhancement technology. The display effect is excellent. The peak brightness of the screen reaches 1400nit. With 16000 level dimming, it brings a smooth brightness adjustment experience. In addition, the Glory 80 GT screen has also made great efforts in eye protection, supporting 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and low brightness 400 level eye protection dimming, to maximize the protection of users' vision.

IQOO 11 adopts a 6.78-inch 2K ultra clear straight screen, and uses a new generation of E6 light-emitting materials to further improve the brightness level and power consumption performance. It is officially claimed that the power consumption is 13% lower than that of E5 materials. In terms of brightness, the manual/global/local excitation brightness is 600nit/1100nit/1800nit, and the measured excitation brightness is 1454nit. In terms of color, the actual measurement covers 114% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and the HDR video is rich in color details. In addition, it can easily display HDR content in a high brightness environment.

Processor

The Glory 80 GT is equipped with this year's Shenu Snapdragon 8+, which is the best reputed flagship chip of Qualcomm in the past two years. It uses the TSMC 4nm process, which has strong performance and excellent power consumption control. The most important thing is that the heat output is much lower than the previous generation of chips, and Antu Rabbit breaks through 105W easily. In addition to the Snapdragon 8+, the Glory 80 GT is additionally equipped with a superframe display chip, which can increase the frame rate of the game while reducing the power consumption of the phone, and can insert the Genshin Impact game from 60 frames to 120 frames, improving the game fluency by two levels.

Compared with iQOO 10, iQOO 11 is significantly upgraded in configuration. All three major components have been upgraded. The second generation Snapdragon 8 processor+LPDDR5X memory+UFS 4.0 flash memory form a new generation of performance iron triangle.

As the core of the second generation Snapdragon 8, it was built using the TSMC N4 process, perhaps due to mass production considerations. It did not use the second generation N4 process, but its performance and energy efficiency have been greatly improved.

Camera

The IMX800 sensor is used as the main camera of the Glory 80 GT image, which has a 1/1.49 inch light sensitive area. It has absolute advantages among models in the same gear. The other two are an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens and a 2 megapixel macro lens. The Glory 80 GT integrates the Glory HIE computing image platform, and has good imaging performance in complex scenes such as backlighting and dark light.

The iQOO 11 adopts a 50 megapixel Samsung GN5 super sensitive big bottom sensor, f/1.88 aperture, OIS optical anti shake and AF auto focus for the main camera; There is also a 13 million pixel 2X optical zoom lens and an 8 million pixel ultra wide angle lens. The three camera combination can meet the shooting needs of different scenes.

Battery life

The Glory 80 GT has a 4800Ah large capacity battery, which supports 66W wired super fast charging.

IQOO 11 has a built-in 5000Ah large battery, which supports 120W wired fast charging.

It can be seen that although the Glory 80 GT and IQOO 11 are the main models, there is still a big gap between them. Although the IQOO 11 is expensive, the configuration is better than the Glory 80 GT. The specific selection depends on the needs of users.
