For most users, the charging speed of mobile phones is very important. If the charging speed is too slow, it will greatly affect the user experience. However, although many mobile phones now charge very fast, they generally need to be equipped with a dedicated charger, and the speed of other chargers will drop sharply, which is related to the charging protocol. So what is the charging protocol of Realme GT Neo5?

What is the RealmeGTNeo5 charging protocol? Introduction to RealmeGTNeo5 charging protocol

It supports 240W SuperVOOC protocol and is compatible with 65W PD protocol, QC protocol and VOOC protocol

The 240W full-scale second charging of Realme GT Neo5 adopts the parallel design of three 100-watt charge pumps, with 20V 12A input and 10V 24A output, and the charging conversion efficiency reaches 98.5%. 12A charging wire is also used, which increases the current carrying capacity by 20% compared with the previous generation. The scheme uses 240W dual GaN mini charging head and single USB-C interface, which increases the volume by only 5% compared with the previous 150W charging head. The charging head supports 240W SuperVOOC protocol and is compatible with 65W PD protocol, QC protocol and VOOC protocol.

About the content of the Realme GT Neo5 charging protocol, Xiaobian has introduced it here. In addition to supporting the 240W super charging protocol, Realme GT Neo5 is also compatible with the 65W PD fast charging protocol, which means that even if other chargers are used, the charging rate is 65W.
