1. If your phone can still be used, you can view it in the following ways:
Method 1: Enter * # 06 #on the original dialing keypad
You can open the dialing keypad provided by the system, enter "* # 06 #" on the dialing keypad, and your phone's IMEI will be displayed on the display.
Note: For models with two/three IMEI numbers after query, only the first serial number (i.e. IMEI1) is used to query the authenticity.
Method 2: View by setting
You can view IMEI information in "Settings> About Mobile Phone> Status Information> IMEI Information";
Method 3: View through My Plus
Enter "My OnePlus> My" and log in to your mobile account;
Click the currently logged in device and select the device you want to view to view IMEI information;
2. If your mobile phone is temporarily unavailable because it has been sent for repair, has a black screen, or cannot be started, you can check it in the following ways:
Method 1: View with another device
If your mobile phone is temporarily unavailable, but you have previously logged in to a mobile account, you can use another mobile phone (OPPO, OnePlus, Realme), enter Settings> Login Account on this new mobile phone, and log in to the same account;
Click the currently logged in device and select the device you want to view to view IMEI information.

Method 2: View the outer package
You can view the IMEI in the printed contents of the outer package of the phone, and you can also view the IMEI number on the front or back packaging film sticker of the new phone.
