Apple said that real-time activities can help people track tasks and events they care about, and provide a permanent location to display frequently updated information. For example, a meal delivery application can display the time remaining until the food order arrives, or a sports application can display the score of an ongoing game. Apple has provided three display styles of Smart Island for developers to refer to: compact, minimized and maximized. Apple also requested, "Avoid using real-time activities to display advertisements or promotions."

It took a long time for Apple to adapt third-party software applications when it just released Liu Haiping. Today's Smart Island is the same. It is certainly impossible to fully adapt in a short period of time. iPhone 14 pro users need to continue to wait.
