Recently, the OnePlus Overseas Community released a new announcement, which will terminate the support of OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series, and will not push any updates for the above models. One plus seven and one plus 7T are both mobile phones released in 2019. It has been more than three years since then. It is also normal to stop support. However, only foreign models are stopped this time. At present, domestic one plus 7 and one plus 7T are not affected.

On January 9, it was announced that the One Plus 7 and One Plus 7T series will be terminated and no updates will be pushed to the above models. One plus official did not publish a new post to introduce this news, but edited the previous posts of one plus seven and one plus 7T series models. The four models in this series still use the old system update strategy, including two major Android version updates and an additional one-year security update. The last version received by the four models is OxygenOS 12 MP3.

The one plus seven series was launched in May 2019, including one plus seven and one plus seven Pro models. The overseas models are equipped with Oxygen OS 9 system. The one plus 7T series was launched in October 2019, including one plus 7T and one plus 7T Pro models. The overseas models are equipped with Oxygen OS 10 system.

One plus 7T is equipped with Snapdragon 855Plus processor, 7nm technology, 8-core design, and the main frequency can reach 2.96Hz; One plus seven is equipped with Snapdragon 855 processor, 7nm technology, 8-core design, and the main frequency can reach 2.84Hz. One plus 7T adopts double-sided glass body design, 6.55-inch 2400 × 1080 resolution AMOLED water drop screen, while one plus seven uses 6.41 inch 2340x1080 resolution AMOLED water drop screen. On the back of the fuselage, the one plus seven cameras are designed to be parallel and centered, while the one plus 7T cameras are designed to be "Orio" shaped.

One plus 7T is equipped with the new Warp Charge 30T ultra-fast charging. The battery capacity is 3800mAh, and the charging speed is 23% higher than that of the previous generation. The official said that "one plus 7T can charge from 0% to 70% in 30 minutes". One plus seven is equipped with 3700mAh battery and supports OnePlus flash charging technology (5V/4A). It is worth noting that neither of these phones supports reverse charging.

At present, the OnePlus official has stopped supporting the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series abroad, but this announcement has no impact on domestic ownership, and domestic users can still receive the relevant push of the system. However, the One Plus 7 and 7T are old models many years ago, and few people will upgrade to the latest system.
