One plus 11 concept version officially appeared with micropump active liquid cooling technology
At this MWC (World Mobile Communication) 2023 conference, OnePlus released its new concept product, OnePlus 11 concept version. This product has a very cool appearance design, and the biggest highlight is the cooling channel on the back of the phone. The one-plus 11 concept version is equipped with micro-pump active liquid cooling for the first time, which integrates heat dissipation, experience and appearance, leading the direction of future mobile phones.
The one-plus 11 concept version of the micro-pump active liquid cooling heat dissipation technology benefits from the one-plus breakthrough in the miniaturization ability of the water-cooling technology. The upper and lower membranes are welded together with the middle flow channel diaphragms using a new ultra-thin shell packaging process to form a closed flow channel. We can see the appearance effect of the flow at the rear cover of the fuselage.
The heat dissipation principle of the micro-pump active liquid-cooled heat dissipation system is to use the specially designed micro-driven pump as the power source to drive the liquid in the package flow channel for high-speed circulation, use the high specific heat capacity of the liquid to quickly absorb the heat of the CPU and other heat sources, and then conduct and release the heat through the liquid-cooled plate, so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the whole machine and achieve the effect of lasting heat dissipation.

The lens module of the one-plus 11 concept version also uses the CNC engraving process of the same model of luxury watches. The brass of high-end watches is used to form 225 sharp peaks on the brass surface through the CNC process, and the rich luster formed by the superimposed solar radiation pattern and multi-layer varnish makes the lens module appear more three-dimensional.
Through the optimization of the hot bending forming technology and the upgrading of the polishing technology, the one-plus 11 concept version has also solved some defects of the deep bending effect of the integrated glass, such as the wrinkles in the area with four corners. Thanks to the integrated glass body, the concept version plus 11 can also bring a round grip.
With the support of micro-pump active liquid cooling, the concept version of "one plus 11" can improve the problems of jamming and low efficiency of frame dropping charging caused by heavy use conditions such as games, long time shooting, and charging and using mobile phones. Yijia official said that the temperature of the battery cover could be reduced by 3-4 degrees and the frame rate could be increased by more than 4 frames under the heavy load game scenario.
Unfortunately, this one plus 11 concept version cannot be mass produced. At present, this technology is not very perfect. It will take some time for kids who want to experience the one plus 11 concept version.
