Apple A17 had been exposed long before the news of Snapdragon 8 Gen3 was released. The latest 3nm process of TSMC will be adopted, but if the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 still adopts the 4nm process, the overall performance will certainly be far behind that of Apple A17, and the performance of Android flagship will be difficult to match that of Apple this year and next.
