The first step is to clear software update data and cache:

Open the settings page of Realme GT6, click Application, select Application Management, click the three guides in the upper right corner to display system applications, click the search bar, search to enter software update, click Storage Usage, click Clear Data, Clear Cache.

Settings > Applications > Application Management > Click the three dots in the upper right corner > Show system applications/programs > Click the search bar > Search to enter "Software Update" > Storage usage > Click "Clear Data", "Clear Cache"

Step 2: Disable software update network:

In the settings of Realme GT6, click on mobile network, select traffic management, click on application network management, then select software update and disable the network.
